2. Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Policy:

- No General Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or cancellations once an order is processed.

Damaged Goods:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we offer an exception to our no-return policy. To be eligible for a refund for damaged goods, you must meet the following criteria:


- Unboxing Video:

You must provide a video of the unboxing of the package. This video is essential for verifying the condition of the product upon delivery.

- Notification:

Contact our customer service team at support@kaizenperfumes.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and the unboxing video in your email.

Refund Process:

- Review and Approval: Once we receive your request along with the necessary documentation (including the unboxing video), our team will review the case. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.


- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exceptions:

- Non-Eligibility: Products that are not damaged, or are returned without the required unboxing video, are not eligible for refunds or returns.
